Prepaid credits
Credits are purchased in advance in euros, with a minimum purchase of €25 excluding VAT. Credits are drawn down by model usage at catalog rates plus a 5% routing fee. Credits are not cash and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Failed requests
Requests that fail and return an error are not charged. If you believe a failed request was charged, contact billing with the request ID and we will review and correct it.
Refunds of unused credits
You may request a refund of unused credits within 14 days of purchase, provided no more than 10% of that purchase has been consumed. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus any non-recoverable payment processing fees. Other refund requests are reviewed case by case.
Billing errors
If a statement contains a charge you believe is incorrect, notify us within 60 days of the statement date. Confirmed errors are corrected by credit to your balance or refund.
Account closure
If you close your account, you may request a refund of the remaining unused balance, subject to the conditions above and to verification of the account owner. Where we terminate an account for reasons other than your breach of the Terms, unused credits are refunded.
