Data we process
- Account data: name, business email, company name, billing address and VAT number.
- Billing data: credit purchases, invoices and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment processor.
- Usage metadata: timestamps, endpoints, models, token counts, charges and API key identifiers.
- Request content: inputs and outputs you send through the API, processed to deliver the Service.
- Website data: technical logs and, only with consent, analytics cookies.
Purposes and legal bases
- Providing the Service and billing — performance of contract.
- Security, fraud prevention and service improvement — legitimate interests.
- Accounting and tax records — legal obligation.
- Non-essential analytics — consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Processors and model providers
Request content is forwarded to the model provider you select or that your routing policy selects. Those providers process it under their own terms. Where your requests contain personal data, we act as processor on your behalf; a data processing agreement is available on request.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Invoices and accounting records are kept for the period required by Estonian law. Usage metadata is kept for billing reconciliation and then deleted or aggregated.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon). Send requests to hello@tokenrail.cloud.
